Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Cloudly Studio sp. z o.o. ("we", "us") processes personal data when you use techforindustries.com (the "Site"). We act as the data controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect
We collect: (a) information you submit through contact, claim, edit, removal, suggest-supplier, or report forms (name, email, company, role, message, optional company details); (b) standard server logs from our hosting provider Netlify (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) used for security and abuse prevention; (c) no analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, and no third-party advertising scripts are used.
Purpose of processing
We process the data you submit only to (a) reply to your request, (b) update or remove a supplier profile when justified, and (c) operate, secure and improve the Site.
Legal basis
Processing of submitted form data is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent given via the consent checkbox) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating and maintaining a publicly researched directory). Processing of server logs is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security).
Retention
Form submissions are retained as email correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your request and to keep an audit trail of corrections to public profiles, typically up to 24 months. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.
Sharing
Your data is not sold or shared for advertising. Form submissions are processed via our hosting provider Netlify (USA, EU SCC) and our email provider OVHcloud (France, EU). No other third parties receive your data.
Cookies
The Site uses one strictly necessary cookie to remember your selected language after a first geolocation-based suggestion. No analytics, no advertising, no cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence.
Data protection authority
In Poland the supervisory authority is Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
