Tech for Industries is a free public directory operated by Cloudly Studio (Adriaan, sole proprietor). This page describes what limited personal data we process and why.

Data we process

• Listed company business contacts. Each listing may include a public business email address (such as info@example.com) and a publicly named marketing contact, both sourced from the company's own website. This is processing under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest, balanced against the interests of the data subject. Companies can be removed from the directory at any time via the opt-out form.
• Visitor analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to count anonymous visits. No cookies are set, no IP addresses are stored, no personal identifiers are collected.
• Opt-out submissions. When a company submits the opt-out form, we receive the company name, contact email, and (optionally) reason. The submission is used to remove the listing and is retained for 12 months for our legitimate interest in maintaining an audit trail.

What we do not do

• No third-party tracking pixels (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight tag).
• No third-party advertising.
• No selling of any data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing info@techforindustries.com.
