Harmonic Drive SE is a German precision drive technology company headquartered in Limburg an der Lahn. The company’s roots are connected to the invention of the strain wave gear principle by C. Walton Musser in 1955 and the founding of Harmonic Drive System GmbH in Germany in 1970. Harmonic Drive SE develops high-precision drive solutions for applications requiring compact size, zero backlash, high reduction ratios and precise motion.
