steute Technologies GmbH & Co. KG is a German technology company based in Löhne. Its history began in 1961 with STEUTE-Schaltgerätebau Rose & Sölken KG in Bad Oeynhausen. Today steute develops switching devices, intelligent sensors, wireless networks and networked systems for demanding industrial, medical and logistics applications. The company has around 450 employees, international subsidiaries and global sales partners. In 2024, steute was entrusted to Battery Ventures to support further innovation and growth.
