Founded in 1992 by Jochen Bihl and Bernhard Wiedemann, the owner-operated company develops and manufactures automation solutions for functional safety and data communication in machines and plants. Bihl+Wiedemann is closely associated with AS-Interface technology and has played an important role in the development of successive ASi generations, including ASi-5.
